How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by logging in to your “My Account” section. In case, you wish to cancel your order after it is shipped, please contact our customer care number–97 9876543210 or through live chat or email with your order details to our customer care email id- customercare@parisco.in to assist you.

In case of cancellation of prepaid orders, a refund of any amount paid will be processed to the source of payment, within 7-10 business days as per our Exchange / Return policies.

To make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Yes. Our products are designed to be effective on all hair types – straight, wavy, curly, or coily. We also offer specific product lines for dry, oily, damaged, or color-treated hair.

Yes. Our products are formulated to be gentle and free from harsh chemicals like sulfates and parabens. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full use if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery (unopened and unused). Please read our Return Policy for full details.
